Bright Birthday

It's been awhile since I played along with a blog challenge so I decided to look for inspiration from some of my favorite sites.  They didn't disappoint!  I love Mojo Mondays and Annabelle Stamps!
Here are the layout and color challenges:

I made a fun birthday card but the lighting isn't great and you can't see how lime green my paper truly is!

I started to build my card first by going through my pattered paper stash.  When I found this floral print, I was excited to see all the required colors on it!  I mounted that on red cardstock and added the adhesive ribbon before gluing it to my base.

The birthday cake is a clear stamp from a local craft store, stamped in Stampin Up! red ink.  The scallop circles were done with a nestabilities set.  The center of the flower was done with punches, same with the little branch.  I added Stickles glitter glue to the candles, flower center and branch.

The inside of my card is simple but coordinates with the front.  I like using leftovers inside.
Thanks for swinging by!
